Return & Cancellation Policy

At Shravani Paan Shop, we aim to provide high-quality and hygienic products. Due to the perishable nature of our offerings, our refund and cancellation policies are outlined below:
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for consumables unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. Once verified, a replacement or credit note will be issued.
3. No Show / Refused Delivery
If the delivery is refused or the customer is unavailable, no refund will be provided.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued due to taste preference or change of mind.
Special/custom orders are non-refundable.
